Fitness Furrst - Cat Treats for Active Kitties

Hi purrsons, Charles here to talk about two of my furrvourite things. Exercising and treats. People always rabbit on about how us cats have incredible natural athleticism and grace, amazing jumping and climbing abilities, as well as exceptional balance and coordination.
And they’re right, of course. We do.
But what they don’t realise is that we aren’t just born being this strong, supple, graceful, agile and nimble. We have to work hard at it. Damn hard. And to show you just how much self-discipline, energy and steely resolve goes into looking this pawsome, I’m going to take you through a typical training day.
So, if you’re ready, then let’s do this.
WARM UP:
I start with some light stretching for a few minutes. Make sure you really reach that tail back before giving your back a good arch. If your humans are around, they'll be compelled to say "oooooh, big stretch!", that's how powerful this warm up can be.
Then it’s straight into some ball chasing and light wand work to get the paw and eye coordination up to speed.

SNACK BREAK 1: KITTY CRAVES BISCUIT TREAT
At this point, I get a little bit peckish, and mum usually gives me a Kitty Craves cat biscuit.
They come in three flavours – chicken chunks, tuna nibbles and salmon bites.
If I had to pick a furrvourite, I’d go for the tuna nibbles, but honestly they’re all delicious.
Best of all, though, they give me a nice little energy boost and set me up for the next part of my day.
Now it’s time for a scratch post workout. Parallel pull downs, two legs at a time, to sharpen claws and tone leg muscles. You get a free manicure while you're at it, so you're being productive as well as athletic.
Then it’s on to the vertical sprint climbing. Two to three reps to the top of the curtains and back. Mum hates me doing this, so I usually wait till she’s gone out and give the kitty camera a good show. To distract me, she'll launch a treat out of the camera... and you guessed it. It's another Kitty Crave biscuit! Charles: 2, Mum: 0.

PURROTEIN HIT: PRIME CUTS – SINGLE SOURCE AUSSIE PROTEIN
Now I’ve got my heart rate up, I’m hungry again. So, time to track down dad and pester him until he gives me a treat.
But not just any old treat. Unlike bone breath, (who is basically a four-legged hoover) I’m picky about what I eat. You know, body’s a temple and all that.
So, I’ll only eat a treat that’s packed with goodness and doesn’t contain those yucky carbs or fillers.
Thankfully, I’ve got my purrents well-trained, and they’ve stocked up on Kazoo Prime Cuts.
These healthy cat treats are made from single source Aussie purrotein and come in five clawsome flavours - 100% natural sardine, Aussie chicken liver, 100% natural anchovy, chicken breast fillet and Aussie beef lung crumble.
They’re a great workout for my jaws and teeth, and, because they are made from 100% dehydrated pure protein, they are the perfect way to top off the morning’s workout.
Apres-treat, it’s time for a 15-minute catnap. Actually, better make that an hour.
CLAWDIOVASCULAR:
Now we move onto the main event. You hoomans call it a cat playground, but I like to call it a pawsonal home gym.
First station is the scratch post again. There’s some serious climbing ahead, and the claws need to be in tiptop shape.
Then it’s straight into an extreme upper body workout. A death-defying climb through four levels with tough overhangs, complex sections and single claw holds.

LUNGS – THE MOST IMPAWTANT PART OF CLIMBING:
This is hungry work, so I usually like to take a rest midway and have a couple of my Beef Lung Crumble snacks to boost my energy for the summit bid.
Fortified by the snack, I now launch into the hardest part of my workout. The lung-busting, leg-cramping rope climb. Using every ounce of protein power from the Prime Cuts, I scramble, claw and fight my way to the top.
Once on the summit, I sit proudly while mum takes a victory snap for my social meowdia accounts before settling in for another 10-minute nap. 45 minutes later, I wake up, refreshed and reinvigorated and ready to begin the descent.
This is tricky (most climbers tend to fall on the way down) and requires every bit of my famous agility, balance and coordination.

POST WORKOUT DRINK: PURRFECT PUREE
Finally, I reach the bottom. Feline exhausted, triumphant and ready for a celebratory drink. Thankfully, my pawrents have the perfect choice. Or Purrfect Puree choice, I should say.
These delicious natural cat treats are made of puréed chicken, tuna and salmon and give some much-needed hydration and added flavour to my diet.
Better yet, they also let me round off my full body workout with some serious licking action for my tongue.
And there you have it, purrsons. The fitness and diet program that’s made me the cat you see befur you today.
So, if you’re looking for natural cat treats to give your cat a healthy and nutritious snack, then look no further.
Because Kazoo Kitty Craves, Prime Cuts and Purrfect Puree are pawhaps the best treats ever made.
